We Can Help With That!

Our 2000+ square foot* event/dining hall accommodates gatherings from 20 to 80 people.   Rental includes a kitchen space with two ovens, a large refrigerator, and ample counter space.   The entire space is handicap accessible (elevator) and is adjoined by ADA compliant bathrooms.   There's even an air-hockey and fooseball table for the kids!

* Square footage includes kitchen area.

Rental Fees

Event Hall Area -  Church Member: $150     Non Member: $400

Sanctuary For Wedding -  Church Member: $150     Non Member: $700

Sanctuary for Funeral -  Church Member: $150     Non Member: $400

All rates listed above include a $100 custodial fee, which may be waived or refunded under certain conditions.

How To Book For Your Next Gathering

Please fill out and submit the form below.   All fields with an asterisk are required.  We will respond to you within two-three business days.

Due to church activities, we are unable to rent this space on Sundays. 

Facility Rental Agreement

AGREEMENT CONDITIONS:

• Use of the facility must not interfere with any other Church activities.

• Use of the facility must be approved by the Trustees/Secretary.

• Equipment must not leave the building and needs to be left in proper place and in same condition.

• A replacement charge will be made for broken or damaged items, and/or a cleaning charge if carpets, walls or kitchen are not returned to their original state.

• Gambling, alcohol, drugs and firearms are not permitted anywhere on church grounds

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.

• Consumption of food and beverages is restricted to the fellowship hall and the exterior of the building. No food or drink allowed in the sanctuary.

• The church building will be opened and closed by a Trustee.

• The Trustees may rescind or modify this agreement at any time.

• Total payment is due prior to the event


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDING THE CUSTODIAL FEE:

• Wipe all tables that were used with sanitizing wipes (under kitchen sinks)

• All spills or dirt should be wiped, swept or vacuumed from floors

• All trash/recycling should be brought to bins (located near back entrance)

• Bathrooms need to be cleaned and trash emptied (cleaners and paper towels in custodial closet)

• All dishes should be washed, wiped and put away

• All kitchen counters, stove tops, sinks should be cleaned

• Tables and chairs need to be put back in their original order (see diagram in kitchen)

• All trash, papers, etc need to be cleaned out of pews and foyer

Depending on the date, renters may be able to come in the day before (10-Noon) to decorate and prepare for the event.
